Comfy room, excellent air condition and clean and tidy. Room was a large double room with a partition area leading to the kids beds. We arrived at approx 10pm, check in was quick and it was nice to get a safe in the room at no additional cost. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return. This hotel was ideal for exploring Ayia Napa. We caught some of the entertainment but normally didn’t stay to watch as we like to ho out and wander. All inclusive drinks was good, cocktails were nice and plenty to choose from, although some were stronger than others. The waterpark could do with a few more rings and the pool could do with a few more sun beds. We did have a couple of ants in room which was to be expected and 1 cockroach but a quick spray of the ant killer I took with me and we saw no more. My husband and kids always found something too.

I am a vegetarian and always had a full plate. The staff were all really helpful and friendly and sorted all our issues out promptly. On arrival we did have a few issues with the room and was no other room available but this was all sorted the next day. I read all the reviews and was expecting the worst. Anyone reading these reviews please ignore the negative reviews and form your own opinion when you get here. none of it was bad enough to put us off potentially returning though.… We found all the staff pleasant and friendly, it was the rude other guests we had the main issue with, I was embarrassed for some people with their sense of entitlement, the customer isnt always right!! Only downside is the basement really is grim, if you have a late departure be organised and shower by the pool, use the upstairs toilets from reception and don't bother with the inside pool. The harbour is 15 minutes walk away along the beachfront path, there's plenty of shops in the town a few minutes away and regular bus routes to Nissi Beach, Konnos Bay etc. Location wise we were on the side of the theme park but it's really not that bad, if you want silence then don't book to go to Aiya Napa. The sea view location really is amazing, especially from the outside snack bar, we didnt really eat here, just had ice creams, iced coffees, drinks and cake but it seemed popular enough. We really enjoyed the food on the AI in the main dining hall, not the biggest selection and the dining hall was loud and echoey but we always felt well looked after by the staff. We didn't really have issues with sunbeds because we're not the type to just sit and bathe, there was always shade to place a towel and suncream while we swam in the pools, we always got a ring in the waterpark after a slight wait, the lazy river would be too crowded if they had tonnes but you can always take your own anyway and we easily swam in the lazy river with no issues. The outdoor pool was always well kept and the water park was great fun. The rooms are spacious with wet room style bathrooms, plenty of towels provided. …įirst time in Cyprus and we loved this place. I even got stuck for an extra night because our flight was cancelled and the staff went above and beyond to help me. The evening entertainment was better than last year it seams to me like they are really trying to correct what people are saying aren’t right we will be returning next year for sure. The food is nice it’s like all other all inclusive you can find something to eat the cook fresh meat every night. The pool out side my room (baby pool) was brushed inside and cleaned and I seen them going remand every morning cleaning around the pool the water park is great for all ages my kids loved it the staff are lovely and very helpful.

The rooms are modern and spacious I never had any problem there. I have just come back from this hotel after a 10day holiday with my 2 kids (age 9 and 11) and we loved it a very honest opinion is this isn’t a 5* hotel and doesn’t claim to be so all the bad reviews must be expecting higher our room was cleaned every other day and on the days the maids wasn’t at ours you would see them all over the hotel if you need anything they would help.
